Holding (Upper Posture)

Breathe through your nose and relax. A slight smile should appear on your face ("si xiao fei xiao" - "like smile not smile"). Fingers slightly bent. Elbows slightly dropping down, but at the same time pointing outwards.

Stand erect and keep your arms rounded, but this time straight infront of you. Breathe naturally and keep your back straight and relaxed.
