Basic Standing (Lower Posture)
Stand with your feet apart, with toes outwards. Knees
bent and arms hanging loosely. Head should be kept straight. Look straight
ahead and far in front of you and develop an inner calm.
Stand erect and round your arms about shoulder height as if touching
a big ball.
